This at home session takes your
everyday surroundings and transforms them into
tools of the trade on your yoga mat. Have a garage
full of "useless" junk you don't know what to do
with? Let's put it to work.
This 4 session series will give you the tools
you need to publicly bust a move on the mat
and look like a pro in class.
We will combine
and blend different styles to of yoga and
breathing to keep you on your toes and prep
you for the world of yoga ahead.
Yoga Bento Box :                                             
This guided session allows you and a loved one to
re-kindle, re-connect, and/or re-discover what it is
that you really love about each other. Breathing,
movement, and open communication are integral
to this session. You will be asked to be completely
open and honest with your partner in every way.
This session will build the fire, what you do after is
all up to you.
Tantra For 2:                           

This special class allows you and a friend to
enjoy a private class for $60, but why stop
there? Invite up to 6 more friends and add
just $10 more per person. This allows you to
take a class with your closest chums in a
private setting at a really affordable rate for
all.

strength by incorporating weights into your
practice. 2-3lbs hand weights, 2lbs ankle
weights, and slow, controlled movement are tools
of the trade in this session. Deliberate conscious
movement creates a greater challenge while the
resistance of the weights keeps you on your toes.
